Guest guest
Today was hectic in the morning. As much as well all love the new puppy, it is quite a challenge trying to juggle my former morning schedule to adjust to our new addition. I woke up around 4:30am and my older dog Molly, Zeus, and my cat all wanted my attention immediately. I had to walk each dog separately, feed all 3 and get dressed to workout and it takes time. At least Zeus didn't bother us last night to go out and slept all night quite peacefully - thank God for crates. Once the dust settled, I did Turbo Jam Kickin' Core which was perfect for the time I had available to me. I really enjoy this workout, lots of new combinations and lower impact which is great for my knees. Well, back to work! --Kathy Calvin: I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius. Guest guest
Great job Kathy! My cats - Mia (girl) and Gizmo (boy) have been going behind our Christmas tree! Gizmo has been crawling under the tree skirt...making both my Mom and I CRAZY! Last year they didn't do that, I don't know what their problem is but if they don't behave Santa will bring them coal instead of toys! LOL, Jen kvetro60@... wrote: Today was hectic in the morning. Guest guest
Hope your tummy feels better. Good that you got in a workout anyway. Hope the job wasn't too crazy! Kerry Kathy wrote: Today I slept in a bit because my tummy was acting up from something I ate yesterday. I did TJ Totally Tubular Turbo which is 30 minutes of resistance tub work along with 5 minutes of abdominal work. Nothing crazy, but I do like the feel of the tubing rather than weights once in a while. Off to my crazy job. Kathy
