Guest guest Posted October 19, 2005 Report Share Posted October 19, 2005 so this week so far I have missed one cardio (that I plan on making up today along with my UBWO) and I threw myself face first in to a pan of brownies (ok I ate 2.5) at my friends place last night as well as some pizza, eeeeeek!!! Now I know what you are all going to say... " why don't you just count it as your free day? " , I could.... but I am not going to I'm just going to brush myself off and follow the straight and narrow till free day (which is friday for me) this is week one which is the hardest for cravings and whatnot week 2 gets a little easier.
