Guest guest Posted October 20, 2006 Report Share Posted October 20, 2006 If specific provision in a Statement is not being made then you can go to the high Court to enforce it and I think the test of resources for legal Aid is the child's assets (usually nil!). But if the Statement is woolley, you can't do this. I've been v. low this week - not much progress re ABA or getting the therapies in the Statement provided.
