Last workout of 2006 - Cathe

Well I decided to finish the current year with a Cathe workout. I did Muscle Endurance and pretty much did the same amount of weight that Cathe used thru the whole routine. Those rest days and lighter workouts helped make me pretty much breeze thru what usually is a really hard workout for me. I think those Jari workouts were a big help too.

I think I am going to break in my new Cathe Cardio Fusion in tomorrow to ring in the new year.
