, a before and after photo of you would be awesome!Here I think it's freezing here in the 30's and 40's but man after I hear about you and and the others near the zero mark I've decided to keep my cold comments to myself! Your basement is perfect for cardio! For Target Toning I'd keep the sweatshirt on, and also go up in weights if you weren't sore from the 3 and 5 pounders. I'd try 5 and 8 pounders next time..When I do Target Toning I'll review it in detail and let you and eveyrone know what I think, but so far I've liked all the 10 Minute Solutions! I want to continue with dance workouts next week, so we'll see what happens!Hugs,
