You're sweet to ask!

I've been working out as consistently as I can, even though I've missed

several cardio workouts over the past ten days. This time of year is really

difficult, and I'm sure you know what I mean.

I've been trying to introduce small changes in things, because if I try to do

it all at once, its a total disaster. My husband thought I was being obsessive

compulsive about the meal thing because he can't relate to six small meals at

all.

So, I think Ive got the workout schedule worked out pretty well, but the meal

thing is harder. Trying to change a family is quite hard work, especially if

they complain. I feel like a meany if I'm taking way things like ice cream. My 7

year old complained that she hadn't had ice cream in FOUR days! Oh my, the

HORROR!

I almost wish the holidays were over already, so I can get some balance back

into my (and my families) schedule.

I wish you a warm and wonderful holiday.

Hi there,

You've been on my mind. How are the workouts going? Are you eating clean?

Maybe instead of having everyone go cold turkey you can introduce things like

rice dream into their lives or some other natural fruit ice cream. I've been

know to make my own with fresh fruit.

There are lots of healthy alternatives for snacking children, but if they aren't

used to eating this way, the path to least resisitance will involve slowly

taking the bad things out while slowly introducing the new things.

Glad you haven't given up!

Later!
