There is plenty of ab work in Kickin Core - both standing and on the ball. The winds are really kicking now and there are supposed to be severe thunderstorms too. Fun Fun!

Oh my goodness 60 mph winds? I hope there isn't too much damage done.

Is the ab work on the TJ Kickin' core workout?

Kerry

Today the nice weather is gone. It's still warm and humid, but very dark, overcast and windy. I hear we should have 60 MPH winds along with thunderstorms and rain. At least it's not snow.

Today I did TJ Kickin' Core which is such a fun fast moving workout. Thirty minutes of cardio (I used my weighted gloves) followed by 15 minutes of work using the ball. My abs were really burning today. This is one of my TJ favorites.

Hi Kerry,I will answer for Kathy since it looks like she hasn't seen your question yet... Yes, the ab work is on the workout. It's a 45 minute DVD. 30 minutes of cardio w/out the stability ball. The last 15 minutes is core work w/ the ball.

Thanks Kathy,

I might have to keep watching for Turbo Jams on eBay, they sound like a fun workout.

Hope the thunderstorms aren't too severe.

Take care,

Kerry

It seems like it comes and goes, I don't know. It's fusterating!! Today, it feels okay. It never hurts a large amount. Just is kinda 'there " and keeps me from going all out, ya know?I don't know I've had a shi**y week w/ exercsie w/ being sick. Very crappy. I so can't wait until I'm 100% and I can jump in hard again.

  • 2 months later...

Today I did TJ Cardio Party #1 which was a lot of fun even if I had several interruptions (grr). I had a lot of energy and can really feel the work in my mid section. Oh, I did see around 10 minutes of the Hip Hop Abs Infomercial this morning. It looks like fun, but after ready reviews on it, I think I will pass until I can try one for cheap off of eBay or Yeas.
