The information I have is that it's better to eat butter from non

pasteurized cream and what I noticed is the organic butter is

pasteurized. So I was told that a good source for butter was

Tillamook, because it says on the label that it's made from cream

which indicates it has not been pasteurized first. On the other

butters it say " pasteurized " cream. The same info applied to

Tillamook cheese. Some are not pastuerized first, but reading the

label is important, because some are.

Do you know if this is accurate?

I was also told that free range chickens are better than organic fed

chickens as a source for eggs because their source of food is better

than the " organic " grains or feed the organic chickens eat.

Any comment from anyone would be appreciated, not just Suze.
