Guest guest Posted September 29, 2005 Report Share Posted September 29, 2005 How has everyone been doing? I have been doing pretty well but still have only lost 2.6 pounds. I have stepped up my cardio to include an extra 30 minutes of running intervals each day. I also have been journaling my food <GASP! I still can't believe I am doing this it is a big step for me> Some Motivation: " It takes time to succeed because success is merely the natural reward of taking time to do ANYTHING well!
