Guest guest
Sorry to put one more post into my plot for list-wide domination, but... , Given the recent discussion on what to eat when undereating and whether to at all, and since you've been doing Warrior Diet the longest, I'm curious if you could tell us what you usually eat during the day. Do you usually aim for no food if you aren't hungry? Or do you usually eat during the day almost every day. And if you eat, do you usually eat because you think you should, or because you know it would bother you if you didn't? I personally can *usually* get by on a cup of tea twice during the day and no food, and usually with short passing bouts of hunger, as long as I drink a lot of water. So it would seem to me that I would be maximizing the benefit of the WD if I simply didn't eat at all, rather than opting to eat berries and light protein, etc. If you could share your experience I'd appreciate it.
