(If you take away the fiber there are few actual carbs in the flour). http://www.hemp-sisters.com/HempFlour.htm BTW, I've been reading that phytates might actually prolong lifespan because (even though they're considered antinutrients) they actually leech out harmful nutrients like iron from the body.
