Hemp Flour and phytates?

What do you guys think of hemp flour? It's high in protein and fiber

and has a pretty good EFA content. (If you take away the fiber there

are few actual carbs in the flour).

BTW, I've been reading that phytates might actually prolong lifespan

because (even though they're considered antinutrients) they actually

leech out harmful nutrients like iron from the body. Anybody have any

research to this effect? Perhaps a moderate amount of bran, tofu and

unsoaked nuts is still a good idea?
