Abdominal Muscles Seperated

I went to see a plastic surgeon yesterday & she told me that my

abdominal muscles were separated (probably from having 2 kids). She

Way to correct is surgery. Is this true or is there something I can do

I'd sure like to know too, as I suffer from the same problem. Also two kids.

Of course, mine are now 11 and 12. YIKES! Can't blame it on baby weight

anymore can I?

Seriously..I have not seen your belly...But, they all say your abdominal walls

are separated. They told me the same thing, and mine did get better.

So, remember this is there business, and they play on peoples weaknesses. Get

an option from your primary doctor, someone that will not be getting a dime from

preforming any surgery and see what they say first. Before doing anything rash.
