I totally agree, working out in the morning is tops because people want to do fun stuff in the evenings which interferes with workout hour sometimes, but no one ever calls and says, "Hey, wanna go get a cup o jo?" at 4:00 a.m!I slept in, am sore from Get Ripped so I hope to do some gentle yoga tonite. I watched part of Total Yoga: Earth last night. I like the practice and the video, but her voice is NOT soothing and doesn't match the calm background. Since it's a voice over, DUH, they should have used a better voice! Nonetheless it looks good so I'd like to try it.
