For all the discussion of Libertarian demographics and the like I

find Walter to be the most coolest breeze in reference to

this topic. He's a very well respected and tenured professor of

economics at Mason University, he's a nationally syndicated

columnist, he is likely one of the most high profile libertarians in

the US and he is in fact of all things BLACK. Faith and B'gorah did

he say BLACK? Yes. Black.
