Monday - TJ Kickin' Core & Yoga Stretch

Hi Everyone,

I woke up right at 4:26 (four minutes before the alarm

is scheduled to go off) and popped out of bed - I

wish I could always do this!! Anyway, that gave me

some extra time. I planned to do Kickin' Core again,

which I did. I added on handweights - which work well

with this workout since it is more on the athletic

side. I took them off for the turbo (always do!) and

for the stability ball section. After TJ I did the

stretch portion from Voight's Yoga Focus (which

I have via her Sleek Physique DVD). A good combo to

start the work week!

Hope everyone has a great day.

Tomorrow, sleep and energy permitting I plan to do the

TJ stability ball workout.
