47 year old role models

Hey all! I have been trying to find pictures of women who are my age

who are in good physical shape. I think it would help if I could

actually see pics of women like this. Any ideas? I'm almost 47, and

I'm 5' 7 " . Thanks! Beth P.

Beth " some " of these women may be a bit muscular for your taste, but

if they can reach their level of fitness at 40+, you sure can. B.B.

Beth and Debra you're both welcome. I've actually been collecting a

list of women over 40 for inspiration as well. :) B.B.

Belinda Cosmos packed a lot of information into this one post.

I need to remember this little bit regarding metabolism...

" 4. When your metabolism slows (from dieting), eat more for 1 to 3

days, sometimes a week. Usually one day will do it. Exercise more as

well. Get your metabolism going again. Usually 300 to 500 calories

above maintenance will do it. If your bowel movements slow down from

once a day to once every third day or something..it's a sure sign your

BMR is slowing down. "

that was helpful for me also. I tend to zig zag my calories

when I notice a plateau coming on, and in a week or so the pace

picks up. I'll do some digging and post a few more women over 40 for

inspiration for those who enjoyed these. It will be after the

holiday, I've got some partying to do. :) B.B.
