I did Pyramid Upper body and Body Max 2 upper body.... I did PUB chest and BM 2 chest, PUB back, BM 2 back and so on. I was toast by the end. This was a great combination!!!! I have shoulders down for tomorrow morning along with yoga so now that I have that done, I can just do yoga and give myself a shorter workout ) I combined Pure Strength and CTX for these body parts. I didn't feel as strong this time for some reason and ending with the shoulders really got me burning and I found myself using lighter weight then I normally would for shoulders. Here is the breakdown of what I done. Pure Strength- warm up CHEST- Pushups- done both sets on my toes YAH!!Chest press- 30 lbChest press 2nd set- 30 lbIncline chest press- 30 lbChest press 2nd set- 15 lb dumb bellsChest flys- 12 lbFly/press combo- 12 lb CTX CHEST bench press (3 sets)- 25 lb (all three sets) chest fly/chest press combo (1 set) 10 lbpushups - skipped (my chest was burnt) PURE STRENGTH TRICEPS Close grip bench press- 12 lbLying overhead press -8 lbCross body kickbacks - 10 lbLying over head press - 8 lbdips - held a 25 lb bar bell CTX TRICEPS close grip bench press (1 set)- 25 lb french press (lying) (2 sets)- 7 lbsuper sets (kickback, over head press) (2 sets)7's & 5'striceps pushups- skipped this exercise!!!! PURE STRENGTH SHOULDERS Overhead press-10 lbClean and press- 5 lbSide lateral raise- 7 lbReverse fly- 7 lbSeated side lateral raise- 7 lbCTX SHOULDERS over head press (3 sets)- 7 lbside lateral raise (2 sets)- 7 lbgiant sets (2 sets)- 5 lbshrugs (2 sets)- 15 lboverhead press (1 set) 7 lb This took an hour and 5 minutes.
