A FOOD CHAIN RELEASE FROM METROFARM.COM

Every year about three billion bushes of soybeans are grown in the United

States. These beans provide the foundation for many processed foods. And

so we ask, “Are soybeans a health food, or a health menace?”

This Saturday at 9AM Pacific, the Food Chain with Olson hosts

Sally Fallon from the Weston A. Price Foundation and Ted Nordquist from the

Whole Soy Company for a conversation about soy foods.

(Listen here: http://www.metrofarm.com/index.asp?cat=40088)

Topics will include a look at the historical uses of soy; its use in the

manufacture of modern processed foods; and the conflicting studies regarding

its efficacy as a healthy food.

Listeners are invited to call the program on KFRM, KGET, KGOE, KGUM, KIQS,

KMPH, KNTK, KOMY, KSCO or TRUTH RADIO with questions and comments at

800-624-2665, or log them to the discussion page at www.metrofarm.com.
