Guest guest
Today was FitPrime Upper Body Burn with Keli . I can honestly say nothing burned during this workout, she also did some sun salutations near the end of the workout, I appreciated the stretch, but it felt strange. I might feel my triceps later because of more dreaded triceps push ups. The workout moved so quickly from one thing to another, which is good, you don't get bored. It didn't feel like we stayed on any exercise long enough to make a difference, I guess that's a sign I need to up my weights. I did for part of this workout, I used 8 lbs for two sets of lat work, and biceps curls. 10 lbs for a set of lat rows, 5 lbs for chest flies, I thought the set would be longer but it wasn't, next time I'll go up to 8's, I also used 5 lbs for a set of shoulder presses. She also does some ab work in this workout. I'll continue on with my FitPrime rotation until I'm finished. I've never seen a rotation through till the end and would like the satisfaction of actually finishing one. I am starting to feel changes already, my thighs feel a bit more muscular, and I can see some muscle in my shoulders and arms. Have a great day everyone, Kerry

Sounds like you got a nice workout in. I like , but don't have any workouts of hers. As far as getting anything out of the exercises, workouts that move quickly like that tend to be that way. I'm sure you burned some nice calories. *~**~*
Guest guest
Thanks , it's good to know that there are others who have a hard time with rotations. Like I said I'm determined to get this one finished. I've figured it out and I'll be able to finish this rotation and do a few assorted workouts before my company comes in February. I'll be taking some time off then, 3 or 4 days or possibly a week. We'll see how it goes. I'm already dreading Flex Posture again, I'll have to see what I can do to make it tougher.
