I want it gone for good - I don'tfeel sick just have this cough/congestion thing goingon. my DH has the same cold and it seems to just hang around. I hope me or our little one doesn't get it. I plan to take 2 days off next week. Its the last week of the month and I've yet to take my 2 straight days off for the month. I have committed myself to making sure I do this every month. I've pondered taking every weekend off like I use to do when I worked out with Austin all the time. She use to say to workout Mon-Fri and do something fun on Sat & Sun. I done that for a long time, but then started breaking away from her workouts and got into harder ones and ended up working out 6 days all the time. I hope your cold goes away, that has to be really annoying. ~~
Guest guest
Take care of yourself, with that chest cold. You don't want it to turn into something else. It's sneaky how it keeps coming back to haunt you, have you been to see your Dr? You have scheduled a tough week for next week. I hope you will listen to your body and give it a rest when needed. Take care, and beat that chest cold. Guest guest
Not a bad week for me, actually. Cardio wise the stairs still kick my butt, but at least I can now walk the next day after doing them! Yay!SKIP TO TABLE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THE COLON CLEANSE.The cleanse might finally be kicking in. I haven't seen anything unusual yet, but I had 3 sizeable "successes" today and one of them did have a weird "tissuey" thing in it. Hmm. I'm on around day 8 of 90, so I'm sure the really interesting things are to come! So far I really like the gentle approach this system has. There has been some minor abdominal cramping, but it's really minor, I mean, less than if you ate something that didn't agree with you it's that minor. The tea, the laxative component, tastes good and also has some sort of sedative in it and I'm sleeping well. The parasite killing pills go down fine, and the fiber shake really does "produce" shortly after if you drink plenty of pure water afterwards. I mean have you actually talked to a doctor about it? I will be interested in knowing how it turns out for you and how you feel. Great workout week!!!!!!!!!! *~**~*

Beets were the new item of last week, and today I picked up a Dovian (sp?) Radish I love beets and radishes. There for a while I was picking a couple different veggies and fruits to try out or just alternate. So far, my favorite is broccoli and my fruit is banana. Last week a picked up some already cut up raw veggies and dipped them in low fat french onion dip. Nice little way to snack without all the shame. *~**~*
Guest guest
I take fat-free plain yogurt, fat-free sour cream (Breakstone's because it is thick enough to seem like real sour cream and tastes great too) and dry ranch dressing mix. I put it all together in a Tupperware bowl, mix it up and have it on hand for anytime I need a snack since I don't eat too many veggies without dip. It tastes great and is super low in fat and calories (plus I don't use a lot of dip anyway so it is even easier to enjoy). I need to try some new veggies and fruits. My daughter got me to try broccoflower recently and I loved it! (It is a hybrid combination of broccoli and cauliflower and I normally hate cauliflower.) Have never liked radishes but will have to force myself to try something new again soon, the broccoflower was a good one. Re: week in review In a message dated 2/11/2007 7:04:05 P.M.
