Hi guys,

so I've been getting lots of feedback from my friends and family on my

distillate eos and hydrosols. Several of the men have pointed out

that the rosemary and rose hydrosols have a distincly " artichokey " -

smell- you know, like cooked artichokes. the smell is not detectable

when the hydrosol is sprayed, but even I can smell it in the bottle

now that it has been pointed out. My husband, who has an excellent

nose, says that all of my distillations smell like artichoke. We are

wondering what chemical constituents would impart this strange smell?

thoughts anyone?

Kindly,

Jess Ring
