Guest guest
Dear Heidi, The phenomenon you explained sounds very much like a memory of the body. I believe the body makes it own memories, recorded into every cell. Under certain circumstances it can be re-stimulated and made evident. This also explains what happened to the guy who " thought " he had spilled hot coffee on himself. As far as my bathing suits appearing in outline on my body, when this happened it brought up my own memories which mirrored the body's experience when running out the sunburns. This is also talked about in the Purif/Detox program by Hubbard. There are two memories. One at the body level and the other at the mind level. I hope that helps. Whoever mentioned > " histimines " is probably on the right track ... there are tons of things > that turn your skin red and hot. The " red " reaction is basically (in sunburn, blushing, > allergies, slaps, burns, and other things) the capillaries opening wider in the skin. > Conversely, they close and you get " white " when you are cold or scared or > in shock. The fact this was in a *pattern* suggests either 1. Mental involvement (as > was suggested) or that the skin was changed by having been burnt previously (maybe > that changed the capillary action, cell function, who knows!). > > In the case of my legs, the skin on the lower part was visibly different than the > upper part, dryer, less supple etc, so I could see why it might react differently > when I drank something I'm allergic to. But scientifically, it's not all that > strange. > > -- Heidi > > > > >
