Fw: Monday's workout report

I am behind on replying to email but need to post this for accountability. Will reply to others soon!

This morning I have serious DOMS in my chest, neck and shoulders from Abs & Chest of Steel and was really tired too so I decided to take it a little easy. I did Kari 's Go: Step first workout only (plus cooldown, etc.) but really pushed it hard. Thought about doing the 2nd workout at a lighter intensity and said, no, I'm really tired and need a break. I'm glad I listened to my body, I am tired and sore. This was my 5th workout for the week (my weeks going Tuesday - Monday to correlate with my Tuesday weigh-in day) which exceeds my goal of at least 3 and I worked out mostly 45 minutes to an hour, this was my shortest at 25 very high intensity minutes.

Tomorrow will probably be a rest day for me, I think I need one but will see how I feel tomorrow.
