Hi Everyone,

Today is my rest day - but here's my week:

Sunday - Off (travel)

Monday - Fat Blaster

Tuesday - Max Body Shaping w/ Tracie (I had sore quads

for the rest of the week!)

Wed - Body Wisdom Challenging w/outs with Meghan White

- Kickboxing

Thursday - Rest (felt yucky)

Friday - CIA 2603 - Criss-Cross Cardio

Sat - Rest day

This chest cold is a pain in the rear - yesterday was

the first morning I woke up feeling good - but today

it is back again. I want it gone for good - I don't

feel sick just have this cough/congestion thing going

on.

I have ambitious plans for the upcoming week - I'm

going to do the old FIRM " cardios " (power, max and

burn) and Core Cardio 1 & 2 and Bust & Butt. I've

already given myself permission to deviate from the

schedule b/c these are all pretty tough workouts -

particularly on the joints since they're higher in

impact. Here's my plan - subject to change based on

how I'm feeling:

Sunday - Power Cardio (Calorie Killer 2 or Cardio Burn

- Tamela's workout - if that is the correct name)

Monday - Core Cardio 1 or 2 (probably 1 - b/c I just

got it back in a trade so I haven't done it in ages!)

Tuesday - Bust & Butt

Wed - Max Cardio (Carissa's workout -if that is the

right title)

Thursday - Core Cardio 1 or 2 (whichever I didn't do

Monday)

Friday - Whatever I didn't do Sunday

If I make it through that I'm going to take two rest

days next weekend - or at least have one day be pure

yoga or stretching. Then, for the last week of

January I'm going to do a FIRM Parts rotation - using

Tough Tape 1 & 2, Standing Legs/Upper Body, Tough

Cardio Mix, Not So Tough Aerobic Mix, Tough Aerobic

Mix, and I'll see where I can fit in the lower body

floor work parts as well. That should finish me off

good! February will be on to something else - not

quite sure what yet. But considering my two ambitious

weeks there, I may start the first week off in

February with some really light workouts.

My food wasn't too bad this week. The chocolate

supply at work has dwindled and I'm not complaining!
