Guest guest Posted December 28, 2006 Report Share Posted December 28, 2006 Happy Friday!! I finally got the TLT workout Finding Your Core with . It's what I chose for this morning. This is a lot like the other TLT workouts except that there is no cardio. Most of the weight work wasn't done long enough for me to really get anything out it, but I did enjoy this workout, very different exercises then I'm not use to doing. My hamstrings are sore from Cathe's PLB floor work the other day so those roll ins really got me. I haven't done my other TLT workouts in a while, I need to pull those out. I didn't wear my HRM, but I'm sure I didn't burn a whole lot, but then you never know. Anyone wear theirs with this one? I like and she cues really well.
