Guest guest Posted February 4, 2007 Report Share Posted February 4, 2007 Hi Everyone, It was my rest day today since I worked out yesterday, but I did do T-Tapp Basic Plus Hoe Downs. The Hoe Downs are shown on the DVD that is out with the Fit & Fab. book. I've also sneaked a few sets of HD's into my day today as suggests to burn off excess glucose (my HR goes up when I do the move and I can feel it in my abs and hips, so I guess that is a plus!) - I honestly don't know if what says is a crock or not - but my back feels much better after doing her Primary Back Stretch move and the " Basic " workout for two weeks (actually, I think I only did the Basic workout this week and did only the PBS last week). Also, an odd-coincidence perhaps, but it is TOM and I usually have fatigue and boob soreness (which I'm sure my caffeine intake sure doesn't help b/c when I cut back the soreness goes away), well, no boob soreness (didn't cut back on caffeine this month) and the fatigue hasn't set in either (other than my normal, end of the week tiredness). So, I don't know what is up - but I'm going to keep it up and see what happens - particularly w/ TOM symptoms, I'd like to keep it up for a cycle to see if this month is just a fluke or not...
