Guest guest Posted September 12, 2003 Report Share Posted September 12, 2003 My most recent batch of kimchi isn't fairing too well, I fear. It's been fermenting for 24 hours without hardly a peep. I use a Harsch crock and the thing usually bubbles loudly all day and night when making kimchi. Anybody have experience with a batch of kimchi that was slow to start?
