Guest guest Posted December 29, 2006 Report Share Posted December 29, 2006 Hi Everyone, Missed another morning - I woke up with a bad sore throat and just decided to sleep in until DD was up. I'm feeling better now. I wonder if I'm fighting something off or just need to put the humidifiers in the bedrooms and drink more water. I guess I'll get the humidifiers in over the weekend and start with the water today -I'm terrible about drinking enough. I can't tell if I'm just dried out from the indoor heat or from getting sick/fighting something off. My energy levels are really low, too - so who knows. Anyway, my plans for the week were quite messed up. I'm thinking if I feel better tomorrow of starting off my cross-trainers (Tort/Hare/Tough Tape) week a day early - by starting tomorrow off with Tort or Hare - this is what I'm thinking: Sat - Tortoise or Hare Sunday - Whichever one I didn't do Sat Monday - Rest (I want to sleep in so I don't have to go to bed super early on Sunday night) Tuesday - Tough Tape & Floorwork from Hare or Fast Cheetah Wed - Whatever I didn't do Tuesday or an active rest day if I'm sore Thursday & Friday will depend on what I accomplish on Tuesday and Wed. For next week I'd like to get the following workouts in: Firm Hare, Firm Tortoise, Tough Tape/Lower Body Floorwork compilation (I forget the name of this one...), Fast Cheetah, hmm... I can also get Strong Bear in for a Tracie Long theme week! Maybe I'll do that, too! So, I'll have three strengths - Tortoise, Tough Tape and Strong Bear Two hares - Hare & Fast Cheetah And, I'll throw a cardio or an active recovery day in for good measure. As for scheduling everything, I'll play it by ear as to how it works out. Hope everyone has a good day!
