Guest guest
Well ive just been goign with what ive been reading so far. But thsi is my daily fare of food. Im actually eating 2x per day Morning i have a meal usualyl around 10 am or so it consists of 500 mil raw milk 150 mil cream ( raw when i can get else i get best qual i can find pasturised ) 1 banana 6 raw eggs all into a smoothie I think do some exercise around 5-6 pm ( usualyl a 10 min run with stretching and tensing of leg muscles and forearms for 5 mins each ) ( i have a bad injury atm so im restricted to this ) Then i cook dinner of steak adn veggies consisting of sweet potatoe, silverbeat ( spinach ) and green beans is the usual fare I cook in Lard ( unfortunatly store bought ) and smother around 40 to grams of butter on the meal and i eat till full Now ive alwasy imho Been drastically underweight for my height ( 65 ft 2 and 73 kg ) and malnourished somewhat. ( even thogh previously i was 3-5 meals a day and if i did eat every 3 hours i was wiped out ) Now though If i get ravishingly hungry. Im still perfectly fine. And liek others have discovered if you shake yoru booty a little bit you dont seem to die of hunger. Now strange as this seems thsi minimal training im going with this new eating plan i have gained weight ( muscle ) and i feel STRONG in the legs and the forearms. ( when i now squeeze my grip the tension is rpetty intense ) now i had been doign the same exercise on my forwarms prior to altering this eating paln last few weeks. ( basically i got a rolled up newspapger about inch and a half think and i squeeze it in 1 hand, palm over to teh other, squeeze and then return to other hand ect ) I do this for 5 mins every secodn day but now i suddenyl feel like i got the grip of a monkey. Perhaps sometime i might progress to just the 1 meal in the evenign and see if evne better things occur.
