This'll be my 5th attempt at edible pemmican. I used New Zealand eye

of round, marinated for 20 hours in 50/50 coconut milk and pineapple

juice. When the meat is fully dried via dehydrator(abouty 24 hours

from now), I'll pulverize it in a blender. The recipe'll make use of

some dehy pineapple, pulverized, dried coconut, the jerky " meal, " and

coconut oil. I'll let everybody know how it turns out.
