Guest guest
hi everyone - today i did '10 minute solution fitness ball workout' with kimberly spreen. i thought that this was a really good workout... kimberly is quite pleasant to workout with and instructs well. the routine is split into five 10 min segments and the dvd will allow you to arrange them in any order, or to select any of the segments on their own. i arranged them as cardio, lower body, upper body, core and flexibility for the full 50 mins. i also jumped on the rebounder for a quick warmup before starting. i thought that, overall, the workout was upper-intermediate level... i found the cardio and lower body workouts to be challenging and my heart rate was up. the upper body, core and stretch segments were nice.. not too easy, not too hard... and i liked the combos that kimberly came up with for the upper body strength training and for the lower body stretches. the ball added an element of fun to the workout and it, along with the moves/exercises done on this dvd, provides alot of variety. i recommend this workout to intermediate exercisers!! its a keeper for me. :*carolyn.
