However, I'm looking at her book (page 226/227) and am totally confused by her repetitions. Is it like….. Circuit 1: Push-ups - 15 reps 3 times Squats – 15 reps 3 times Circuit 2: Dumbbell Chest Fly – 15 reps 3 times Sumo Squats – 15 reps 3 times And so on repeating each exercise in each circuit before moving on to the next exercise? OR, is it….. Circuit 1: Push-ups - 15 reps Squats – 15 reps Push-ups - 15 reps Squats – 15 reps Push-ups - 15 reps Squats – 15 reps Circuit 2: Dumbbell Chest Fly – 15 reps Sumo Squats – 15 reps Dumbbell Chest Fly – 15 reps Sumo Squats – 15 reps Dumbbell Chest Fly – 15 reps Sumo Squats – 15 reps And so on repeating each circuit before moving on to the next one? OR is it….. Circuit 1: Push-ups - 15 reps Squats – 15 reps Circuit 2: Dumbbell Chest Fly – 15 reps Sumo Squats – 15 reps And so on to the end of Circuit 5, then starting back at the beginning of Circuit 1 and going through the whole loop start to finish 3 times?
