Guest guest Posted December 10, 2006 Report Share Posted December 10, 2006 good evening all, went with short and sweet tonight for yoga. i did flex yoga from the stretch into yoga caribbean workout dvd. it felt nice to stretch out after a few days off. i didn't seem to lose my flexibility. i really hope i didn't lose much strength from being sick. i just got trainer's edge intergrated strength training from netflix so i can't wait to try this out. it sounded good, but collage isn't carrying. i sure hope they will consider if its good. i mean they carry that god awful killer kicks LOL. well its shorter workout so i may add something onto it if the mood strikes. i think i might want to make a laundry mat trip tomorrow, to wash comforters. guess its going to suck to be DH when he wants to sleep after his little trip LOL. he can be an a$$ i can be a b*tch but the difference is i really have to wash the bedding and why should i re-arrange my chores around DH.i think 3am is a ridiculous time to come in. he is driving not on a bus or train when i could see that happening. its pretty rude IMO to come in that time and risk waking up viola when she has school, so i figure i would make the point that life is not a party and ppl have work to do . have a good night all kassia Need a quick answer?
