I would suggest doing the ab work on a stability ball to amp it up a bit, though I agree with Jari in that if you are engaging your abdominals throughout the workout like you're supposed to, then you already have an ab workout with that alone. I am chubby right now, and I know underneath the chub I do have a six pack. Jari mentions that diet and and doing cardio are also important components of having a flatter belly and she's right. Still, I like to up the ab section when possible because I can't have too much help down there!Have fun with your new workouts, and please do review them for us! Welcome to the group!
