Egg Yolks

I am considering utilizing Egg Yolks as a mainstay for my source of

protein in my low carbohydrate diet since I have had some

significant problems with digesting red meat both rare, organic, etc.

Is the protein in egg yolks if consumed in great enough amounts

sufficient in all the neccesary Amino acids?

In my opinion, NO. The more protein you eat the more weight you lose so why

do you think that egg yolks hinder weight loss?
