how to eat *enough* on the warrior diet

i was just wondering how some of you warrior dieters maintain your weight?

i've been doing it for the last 3 days, and have found that i get full after

the first few things i eat...so end up eating maybe something like 2/3 or

less of my normal daily calorie load. i forced myself to continue eating

tonight, but it wasn't like i really wanted to continue (except for the ice

cream. LOL). how the heck am i going to prevent myself from losing weight

and especially losing all the muscle mass that i've spent the past year

developing? i'm 5'6 " , 125 lbs. - don't need to *lose* weight!

so far i've had no problem with the *fasting* part. today was the only day i

had solid food during the day (a banana and fermented pulp from veggie

juice) and am so far enjoying not eating during the day.

actually, come to think of it, i don't mind losing weight initially,

*temporarily* if indeed that might clean some of the fat-soluble toxins out

of my fat stores. (and yes chris, i have body fat ;-) but if i do lose

weight, at some point (hopefully soon) i'll want to put it back on. i feel

like i have to eat calorie-dense astronaut bars or something to get enough

calories into me on this schedule! LOL.

suggestions?
