Guest guest
, couldn't have described it any better. I too like all of them in this series, and when I'm feeling stiff I do like YFIP because the practices are really good, you just have to grin and bear it when the chaos begins on the other side and remember what you did before and look at the screen and not listen to the voice over or vice versa, depending on which is accurate. I could easily ignore the screen if the voice overs were great but they aren’t and sometimes the last part of the instructions are cut off like how to get out of the pose or if there is a counter pose to do after the pose the voice over skips it while the screen does it. It irritates me. It might not irritate you. LOL On the other hand I adore Yoga Complete for Everyone, Power Yoga for Everyone and Yoga Complete for Weight Loss. They have 3 levels on them so you choose you level and then choose your workout. I am not at all flexible and I can do these so even if you had no knowledge of yoga you should be fine. _.I haven’t actually tried the intermediate or advanced workouts but the beginner level has a pleasant voice, modifications shown or vocalized or both for those who need them and an in depth explanation of how to get into and out of the pose (so not just lets do down dog but the description of how you should position yourself and how to do the pose – often where you should feel the pose) These 3 are very well done. I did get mine in a set with all 4 for a very good price so I’m not upset at one bad one in the bunch. I have a list of the beginner routines if you would like to see it to decide if one or all is for you (I could take a look and make a list of the others too – I was planning on doing that anyway soon lol). Or maybe they have something similar on their website - not sure. _,_ __ -- No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
