This first one is sort of the "home base" for the rest of 'em. I'm sorry you didn't get into this one much! I just love it - it reminds me of my beloved Body Pump class *wipes a falling teardrop*Maybe next time, now that you know what to expect, you can use heavier weights. I mostly use what Jari does, the amount of which is shown on the screen.Hope you like the others better! I thought Slim & Lean was great too!
