I go to wobbly. That tells me I did good.

You'll be sore tomorrow.

Wear a sweatshirt if you want to sweat. ;-)

Also, I don't break a sweat. The only time I sweat is on cardio

days, and even then, I'm not dripping sweat. I'm drinking water all

the time, but it takes a LOT for me to sweat. Am I being too easy on

You can't judge the post-workout muscle soreness until you've slept on

it. Report back tomorrow.

Sweat is variable. It really depends on the person, their fitness

level, the workout, the temperature of the gym, the rest between sets,

the clothes you're wearing, etc.. Just because you're not drenched

doesn't mean you're not working.

Wobbly is generally a good sign. Once my trainer jokingly told me that

you could judge a leg workout by coming home from the gym and doing a

squat as you put your keys in the door. If you'd accomplished

something you'd feel it. The first time I tried that, my legs noodled

out from under me and I fell off the porch into the bushes. I was

like, alrighty then, guess it was a good workout! ;-)

Ok so this morning my triceps and thighs are sore. Sore

enough that I am wondering what I will do for exercise today. Guess this is a

sign the workout works. I know I am going to grocery shop today which means a

lovely 2 mile walk with cutie. I think if my yoga mats are dry (they took a

bath yesterday) I will do some yoga or Pilates and if not some dance type

aerobics. I’m thinking Bellydance sounds great as that really works on

the abs instead of the legs as much. Not really great cardio though but

oh well we’ll see how I feel tonight. I got up too late to exercise

today, so it is an evening workout instead (which I prefer) I’m trying to

convince my bf to do the weight work with me on Tuesday, I noticed the dvd made

some effort to appeal to men, though I think the idea that the man uses the

same weight as the women will turn my bf off. Anyway off to take the kids

to school I just hope I can bike LOL
