Guest guest
Yes, I have to make something for my daughters second birthday to use as a cake. I was thinking of cheesecake. Is there an NT recipe that is pretty fool proof that anyone would recommend. Or does anyone have a good recipe. Amy Amy, Try subbing ginger powder or other combination of spices. I made it with ginger once to sbstitute for parkin on bonfire night here. However, it didn't have the gooeyness that parkin should have because I low carb and can't use honey/syrup. If you have anything like this you can use, along with ginger (and maybe a little nutmeg, cinnamon etc?) it would be just divine!!!
