Yes, I have to make something for my daughters second birthday to use as a cake.

I was thinking of cheesecake. Is there an NT recipe that is pretty fool proof

that anyone would recommend. Or does anyone have a good recipe.

Since this is about the fifth letter I've gotten like this, I hope

Amy,

Try subbing ginger powder or other combination of

spices. I made it with ginger once to sbstitute for

parkin on bonfire night here. However, it didn't have

the gooeyness that parkin should have because I low

carb and can't use honey/syrup. If you have anything

like this you can use, along with ginger (and maybe a

little nutmeg, cinnamon etc?) it would be just

divine!!!
