Guest guest
Having to post before I actually finish working out today, Kids are out of school early for weather today. They will take over the computer. Do any of you have teenage boys that can't stand to watch their mom working out in the living room? I am thinking about leaving a video running all afternoon and just sitting on the couch to read, then jumping up if they walk into the room. Anyway: Wednesday workout: Turbo Jam 20 minute workout Walk and Jog Has anyone got an opinion/recommendation for a little more advanced walking video? 30 minutes is a good length for my schedule. Guest guest
Oh I can totally relate. My 10 year old son is fine with it but my nearly 14 year old hates it. He also likes to make comments about the various instructors. --Kathy Calvin: I'm a genius, but I'm a misunderstood genius. Hobbes: What's misunderstood about you? Guest guest
<<Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I celebrated Valentine's Day by doing a new to me video. I did Beach Body's Cool It Off! with Debbie Siebers.>>> Sounds like a good day and a good workout. I only hae one of th Slim Series - I got it in a trade. Its Tear It Up and while I like the workout I don't do it as much as I shuoul. Its 78 minutes long and so has a kind of a dread factor for me, even though its not too hard in and of itself. I did Taebo Ultimate Lower Body for my Valentine's workout - and had a little bit of dark chocolate! yum. Anny
