I have some cabbbage I lacto fermented using the keeping fresh book recipe and I'm wanting to use it but I had a question. Does everyone just throw out the " juice " in the jar? Would that be good? And one more question...I've read in the internet that raw milk isn't good for pregnancy. Can this be true? I hate to give up my raw goat milk.
