I love the Budokon workouts! is right about it being true martial arts instead of the other dancy stuff. It is more like what I teach when I'm teaching kickboxing classes.

Donna, GET THAT REBOUNDER BEFORE IT'S GONE!Also, I think you would really like Budokon. I'd get the weight loss kit, which apparently has the Budokon for Beginners workout included under another name. I haven't done the weight loss kit titles yet, but really liked BFB.
