Excellent review, thanks ! I'll have to keep my eye out for this one! I like that it has a super variety! My workout week hasn't been great, but the good news is I'm teaching Turbo Kick tonite at the gym for a friend who is sick and I've been doing my power walks at lunch. I mostly need to eat less and drink less wine, the usual struggle! I'm adding the Toxinout portion of the cleanse today which removes metals and toxins from the blood and cleans the liver, kidneys, brain etc. so I'm excited about that. Overall I love the cleanse and it's helping to steer me into a better lifestyle, I think. Hugs to all! I'm behind on posts so please forgive me! fitgrl222@... wrote: Hi, Well I decided to go with my new workout I bought today, Women's Health Train For Your Body Type. My calendar called for an interval workout and after previewing this workout it is an interval workout. It has lots of mix and match options from the warm-up, upper body, lower body, abs & core ), cardio, and cool-down . Also has a power yoga segment. The cardio was mostly high impact so if you are one that doesn't like a lot of jumping then this one is not for you. I was very happy that my

heart rate really got up there. I used the customized feature and did the warm up, cardio, kick box amp it up (this is just 5 minutes) abs & core and then the stretch. The cardio has 4 segments and each segment has 3 different moves (I think 3) and they are all 30 seconds. Inbetween each move she jogs in place so not much resting in-between. The cardio ends up being around 30 minutes including the warm up and the amp it up is just a little bonus. The abs & core wasn't really all that great. One exercise I felt it all in my outer thighs instead of my obleecs.(sp?) This one is definitely a keeper. I am very pleasantly surprised that I actually found a workout IN A STORE that was hard enough and gave me a really nice workout. The moves in this are VERY

basic so if you have two left feet this workout won't be a problem for you. I ended up burning 340 calories and was in my zone 22 minutes of the 45 minute workout so I know most of that cardio was spent above my zone. When I first started the warm up I was thinking I might want to add on part of a Cathe interval workout, but by the time I got to segment 4 I knew this workout was going to be enough lol Well, that's it for me today. I'm off to relax. Have a nice night!*~**~*~**
