Guest guest
I couldn’t find any tapes with Impact! But I found Contact 1 & 2, is that the same thing? Do you have the bag? It got really poor reviews on amazon. I was thinking it would be fun if I had room for a real bag. I workout in my living room though and I can just imagine having people over with this big bag tucked in a corner. I have a hard enough time explaining my barbell and step and multiple yoga mats. LOL My favorite Tae Bo tapes are the 2 Impact! tapes, as they are the only bag workouts I have and they are precious to me. I sure wish would make more of these! Guest guest
Impact is out of production, as it was from 's original company, but I know it shows up at Dollar General from time to time. Impact (heavy/standing bag) and Contact (inflatable bag) are 2 different workouts. I know the one across the street from work has had them for quite a while. I haven't found any of the other Tae Bo workouts there yet but I keep looking. They opened another one down the street and I need to go to check that one out. They sent us a differnt bag and that's probably why it got bad reviews. It didn't " respond " the same as the ones in the workout. Also a lot of folks found theirs ended up with holes quite quickly. You can't use a heavy/standing bag with the Contact workouts because he has you mounting the bag and bending it and such. But the workouts themselves aren't all that bad at all. So with a more sturdy bag they would be great workouts. On 2/12/07, Sprague <kittyn@...> wrote: I couldn't find any tapes with Impact! But I found Contact 1 & 2, is that the same thing? Guest guest
I need to check out some Dollar General stores. I would love, love, love, to get more " live " workouts. I think I have 1-5 Advanced and 1-5 Basic. I would kill for the whole set! They, along with Get Ripped, are my favorites. I felt like it was a nice change and a good upper body workut....Havent' done it in ages since my bag was damaged durng our last move. :-( Anny
