Guest guest Posted January 5, 2007 Report Share Posted January 5, 2007 Hi Everyone, I usually take Saturday as my rest day, and probably will do that this week as well, so I figured I'd post my workouts for the week - much better than last week: Sunday - Firm Tortoise Monday - Firm Hare Tuesday - Kathy Kickboxing & YBB Yoga Core Wed - FitPrime Strong Bear (original with Tracie) Thursday - Shape (new) 30 min. cardio routine plus 10 Min. Solution Rapid Results Pilates - Waist Slimmer (always gives me sore lower abs!) and Stretch Section. Thursday PM - Yoga for Stress Relief Lower Back practice Friday- Fast Cheetah (original with Tracie) and Yoga Now - PM DeStressor A good week - I've been mildly sore all over this week - not in a bad way - but in a I know I worked out this week way. Yay! I enjoyed the combos this week and will definately pull all of these workouts out again soon. Food: Not so great, unfortunately. Still in holiday mode to some extent - especially with leftovers and treats still available. Doing better though toward the end of the week. Need to keep it up! My plan for next week is more Firm Cross Trainers - here's my rough plan so far (subject to change based on DOMS!) Sunday - Firm Strength or Firm Cardio or PUsh/Pull or Tough Tape 2 Monday - Cardio (maybe Tough Cardio Mix or Steamin' Cardio) Tuesday - One of the strength workouts from Sunday Wed - Cardio Thurs - One of the stength workouts from Sunday Friday - Cardio Sat - Strength (normally my day off, but we're going away for the weekend and I won't be able to workout on Sunday) Hope to stick with this as well as add in some stretching, yoga and Pilates into the mix. I was thinking of the crosstrainers especially Cardio and Strength as I have only done cardio once and haven't done strength at all. Maybe I'll join you in those next week.
