I'm not sure what I'm doing yet but am thinking about trying my Buns of Steel step video (Buns of Steel 6?). I haven't tried it yet and it is rated "intermediate" on the box so we'll see how it goes. I need to kickstart my week to get me back in the groove so I thought this might be a good way to do that. (Fresh so not at all bored with it but might be too challenging, we'll see.) Will check in tomorrow to see what you end up doing (and will post my own)! How about another 30 minutes on the treadmill?
