I think I'm a chelating wimp too, guess time will tell. So glad to hear that zeolite is making a difference for Jay. Long may it continue! I am also interested in giving NCD a go, once we get his gut sorted. My son turned 4 this month we are with a DAN practitioner, dealing with his gut issues (inflammation, yeast, low ph & low slgA), since May this year. He is on a lot of supplements a day, I still haven't seen any improvements in him yet, and at times feel a bit dishearten, but stories like yours gives hopes to carry on. Guest guest Posted October 31, 2006 Report Share Posted October 31, 2006 I'm with Mandi there, we tend to drop new things straight after a certain no-gain period. apart from the things that you are supposed to give a certain time, like mb12 - the advice with that one is to stick with it for 5 weeks before deciding it is not working. that was our longest 'trial' period for anything, I usually have a much less patience lol. there is so much other stuff out there that could be beneficial, why waste time/money on something that is not doing any good? btw not to put anyone down but hardly anything our DAN ever introduced was good for us, most of the good things I had to dig out myself. I am under the impression that his gut needs to heal before anything can work for him, please tell me if i am wrong? We had the organix urine test and comprehensive stool analysis done back in June which showed inflammation, low slgA, very low ph and yeast. His immune defense is very weak as he is always catching cold, viruses and tummy bugs he falls ill every 2-3 weeks, its really frustrating and just hold the DAN treatment back a lot of the time. He is still on the initial stage of trying to heal the gut which never seems to heal. I really want to introduce lots of other thing and are no way near to trying them yet. Mandi, he is on kirkman digestive enzymes, and has always been constipated which has improved under the support of oxypowder,did a 4 day clear out with oxypwder last month and is on the maintenance level of 2 cap. if he miss a day his constipation comes back.
