Hi !

You reminded me of one that hasn't seen the light of

day in awhile. I may do it Thursday! Thanks for

Hi,

This evening I did The Firm Cardio Step Mix. This is a fun step workout. I used 2 risers and surprisingly it didn't bother my knees, I think the workout would be too easy if I only used one set. Not sure how, but I burned 460 calories and was in my zone almost the entire workout. I love the abs at the end!!!!
