Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I broke out my new Shape DVD - I forget if it was Transforming or Redefining - anyway - it is the one that has three workouts - cardio, sculpt, and a medley of cardio & sculpting on it. I did the cardio workout which is lead by Dozois. Tracey York and Wheeler are background exercisers in this one. ( and Tracey each lead other workouts on this DVD). This is a 30 minute cardio routine that is really quite effective and challenging! This is a MUCH better offering than last year's Shape workouts by far! The cardio is a bit repetitive as you do one combo four times over but, that does help you to put a lot of intensity into it as you are not always in the " learning " mode. It is an interval style workout with athletic choreography - some burpees are in there, so beware! I really got a good cardio workout in that thirty minute time frame. The DVD, which I picked up from Target came with a Shape workout Music CD (which I'll have to use at some point) and a resistance band. Wheeler shows lower impact modifications onthis mixed impact workout. I saw little bits of the sculpting and medley workouts on this DVD and they look good, too. I have to figure out where I can fit them in as I'm anxious to try them. I had planned to break out my new Shape Pilates DVD, but DD was up early and she had already watched Clifford, so I did 10 Min Soultions Rapid Results Pilates waist slimmer and sleek stretch sections. I really want to get a yoga session in tonight with my Stress Relief DVD!! Hope everyone has a great day, Donna __________________________________________________
